Declutter Your Space: Start by decluttering your living spaces. Donate or discard items you no longer need or use. A clutter-free environment can help clear your mind and rejuvenate your space for the new season.

Outdoor Exercise: Go for a run or bike ride in the park, practice yoga in your backyard, or join a group fitness class held outdoors. Exercising outside not only provides a change of scenery but also boosts your mood and energy levels.

Spring Cleaning: Dive into a thorough spring cleaning routine to freshen up your home. Dust and clean all surfaces, wash windows, and deep clean carpets and upholstery. A clean home can instantly lift your spirits and make you feel more energized.

Plant a Garden: You can create a thriving garden even in limited space. It is a wonderful way to connect with nature, enjoy the outdoors, and cultivate your own little oasis of beauty and tranquility.

Let in Natural Light: Take advantage of longer daylight hours by maximizing natural light in your home. Open curtains and blinds during the day to let sunlight stream in and brighten up your space.

Stellar inventory awards

Congratulations to the following techs for receiving the latest Stellar Inventory Awards! In order to receive this award, techs must have under 25 total adjustments and under $200 in total adjustments during their van inventory. Our customers are our #1 priority. Having accurate, clean, and organized van inventory provides them with quicker repairs + first time fixes due to the part not only being on the van, but also in new + operational condition. This impressive achievement wins each of these techs a $200 Home Depot giftcard!

tech ride-along

Dra Hinton (Baltimore tech) has been busy showing the ropes to a handful of our new employees on recent tech ride-a-longs. Symphonie Pittman (CSR) was the latest to join Dra while he was out in the field making repairs for our customers. By the end of the day Symphonie walked away feeling inspired and motivated! The experience deepened her appreciation for the work that our team does and strengthened her connection to our company's mission + values. As always, thank you Dra for sharing knowledge and setting a great example to new employees.

EYE SPY WINNERS

april 2024

Mitri was professional and efficient and very positive. He met all of our needs, was extremely helpful and genuinely nice. He had suggestions and answers to address all of my concerns about multiple various issues across different types of appliances. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable and was quick to share with me. I would definitely recommend Mitri and EMR to another business and look forward to working with your team again.

Sending out an Eye Spy on Brian for stepping up and taking an overtime call, even though he was not on-call, for a very large customer here at 2500. Because of that, several Washington Nationals fans were able to enjoy soft serve ice cream at the game. This is just one example of the many times he has stepped up on running an OT call when not on-call. Thank you for keeping our customers going!

CODY CLARK

DCMV TECH

Cody Clark was almost an unsung hero at Washington Nationals Stadium! On Saturday 4/6 (on his day off and not on-call) Cody drove almost 4 hours to and fro to service a fryer on the 100 level of the stadium. He had just received parts for this fryer at his home the day before. His dad, Bill Tucker, should also not go unrecognized, since he looked in Cody's van for the parts, and called Cody to help arrange the Saturday call. Terrell, Facilities Manager at the stadium, was also very appreciative when he found out what Cody had done during the management check-up meeting. Awesome job!
