summer sales outing

Last month our sales team had a fantastic day at the ballpark! We kicked off with a productive sales meeting at our DCMV branch, where we discussed new strategies, supported our two new commercial sales people, and celebrated our recent successes. Afterward, we headed to the Nats vs. Padres game for a well-deserved team outing. Despite a rain delay, it was an amazing day spent together sharing laughs and delicious food and drinks while enjoying some thrilling baseball action. Here’s to more exciting outings and team adventures ahead!

industrial division

Our Industrial Division crafted a new shaft (from scratch) for one of our elevator company clients. The previous shaft was slightly bent and beyond repair, so we stepped in to create a brand-new one. These shafts are used for the sheaves, which are essential parts of elevator systems, guiding and supporting the cables for smooth and safe operation.

A big shoutout to Joe Baldi from our shop for his exceptional work and mastery at his craft. It's always a joy to see our team rise to the challenge and deliver top-notch quality work.

JUly 2024

Randy made adjustments to his schedule so he could serve the needs of our busy service schedule. To me, that demonstrates a genuine knowledge of our restaurant and it's needs. I couldn't say enough nice things about Randy if I tried! He is an outstanding representative of your business. I feel like he has our best interest in mind every time he's here. I trust him and I'm thankful to have him here maintaining/repairing our equipment.

MARQUI ALFRIEND

DELAWARE VALLEY TECH

Marqui is a great guy! He came to top off system and I asked to see if he could spot any obvious reasons for the leak. He did a little investigation and found a defective part and had it picked up and installed the same day. Great job and thank you!

KEVIN LAMEY

DELAWARE VALLEY TECH

I was so happy to have Kevin here. He listened to everything and tried to understand when I read off words to him without knowing what they meant. He explained issues clearly, did not lecture us, was super patient, had a positive attitude, and cleaned up super nicely. All around, I am so grateful he came to help us today. He called the mixer manufacturer and actually listened to my feedback/concerns. He is my favorite tech we have had in years and that is saying a lot. Thank you Kevin!

Serina, Nothing Bundt Cakes/Boy Mom Bakeries LLC

Cody went above and beyond at Costco Frederick when he talked with the appropriate manager about how to place Hardt service calls. He found out they had an incorrect phone number and provided the correct contact info to Hardt. This is awesome because this store has always been problematic for correctly placing rotisserie calls. This simple action will also help the sales person develop the account later on!
